Just got scammed out of $9 for a minecraft realm. Renewed and it didn't renew.

Tried to find online support for the problem. No online support for Microsoft's Minecraft.

Tried to find support to get a refund. No support so can't get a refund, no self-refund either.

If you work support for this company any help would be appreciated.
