    Hi @Carol Ramirez

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’d love to help you resolve this issue, and to better understand what’s happening, could you please clarify a few details for me:

    • What type of calendar are you trying to share? Is it your personal calendar, a group calendar, or a shared calendar?
    • What exactly happens when you try to share it? For example, do you not see the sharing option at all, is it greyed out, do you receive an error message, or does nothing happen? If possible, could you kindly describe this in more detail or attach a screenshot? That would help me understand the situation better.
    • Have you tried sharing your calendar through Outlook on the web? If so, does it work there?
    • I also noticed your post is tagged under the Business channel. Could you kindly confirm: Are you using a Microsoft 365 Business account provided by your organization, or a personal Microsoft account? If it’s a Business account, are you an end user or an admin for your organization?

Your input will help me get a clearer picture of what’s happening so I can guide you toward the most effective solution. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share these details, and I'll be here to support you every step of the way.

    Looking forward to your response!

If you are unable to share your calendar in Outlook, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some common solutions:

    1. Check Sharing Policy: Ensure that your organization's sharing policy allows you to share your calendar. If the sharing policy does not permit sharing at the level you are trying to set, you may receive an error message. An admin in your organization can change the sharing policy if needed.
    2. Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions to share the calendar. If you are trying to share a calendar from another mailbox, ensure you have Full Access permissions for that mailbox.
    3. Publish Calendar Option: If the Publish Calendar option is missing from your calendar settings, it may be due to the Anonymous domain not being set in your sharing policy. An admin can update the sharing policy to include this.
    4. Using Outlook Web App (OWA): If you are using OWA and have Full Access permissions but still cannot share the calendar, ensure that you are on the correct build version where this feature is enabled.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult your IT department or check the Microsoft Community for further assistance.
