Managing meetings and events using Outlook on the web for business
Dear @Scott Eisenberg,
From what you described, you have a new Microsoft 365 account and when you try to open your Personal Bookings page, you receive a message saying the link is not valid.
To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:
- When was the Microsoft 365 tenant created and when was the license assigned to the user?
- Are you opening the link as the signed-in tenant user, or testing from an external/guest browser session?
- Does the link work in an InPrivate/Incognito window?
- What is format of the booking link, for example: contain outlook.office.com/bookwithme?
In the meantime, I recommend the following steps:
1/ In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, please confirm that Exchange Online and Microsoft Bookings are enabled for your user under Licenses and apps.
2/ Access Personal Bookings directly through Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com):
- Open Calendar
- Select Personal bookings from the available options
3/ If the account was created recently, allow up to 24–48 hours after license assignment for the service to fully initialize, then sign out and sign back in.
If the issue still persists after completing the above, please share a screenshot of the error and the URL format (you may redact your domain).
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your cooperation.
