Microsoft program cancellation

Hello,

I bought a new laptop about a month ago, and I received information that a Microsoft program comes pre-installed. However, I noticed that a charge has already been attempted to my bank account.

I am currently a student and have registered under a student account. Are there any offers for students?

If this laptop is not part of a free program for students, and there is no free student benefit, could you please cancel the charge?

Thank you very much for your help.

Regards,

As a student, you may be eligible for the Azure for Students program, which offers various benefits, including access to Azure cloud services and resources. This program provides students with $100 in Azure credits for one year, with no credit card required. However, the specifics of your laptop's pre-installed Microsoft program and any associated charges would depend on the terms of that program.

If you believe that you are being charged incorrectly or if the laptop is not part of a free program for students, you may need to contact Microsoft support directly for assistance with canceling the charge. They can provide guidance based on your specific situation and the details of the program associated with your laptop.
