To migrate licenses from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Services Support Center (VLSC) to Microsoft 365, you need to follow these steps:

    1. Understand the Transition: The VLSC was retired in April 2024, and all existing licenses were migrated to the Microsoft 365 admin center. If you were a VLSC user, your access should have been automatically transitioned to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Verify Your Access: Ensure that you have the necessary Volume Licensing (VL) role assigned to access your VL agreements in the Microsoft 365 admin center. If you do not see the Volume Licensing page, check that you are using the correct user ID and that you have the appropriate permissions.
    3. Contact Support if Needed: If you encounter issues or if your organization does not have a VL Administrator, you may need to contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Support to assist with the migration process or to create a new VL profile.
    4. Manage Your Licenses: Once you have access to the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can manage your licenses directly from there, including assigning licenses to users and managing your VL agreements.

For detailed instructions on managing volume licensing agreements and troubleshooting access issues, refer to the relevant Microsoft documentation.
