A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Dear @Lucas, Christopher Dalida,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand that you tried to open a Microsoft Form, but you received the message “This form doesn’t exist.”
This message means that Microsoft Forms cannot find the form linked to the URL. This usually happens when the form was deleted, moved, or is no longer shared with your account.
It can also occur if:
- The form was created under a different account (for example, a personal Microsoft account instead of a work account), or
- The form owner changed sharing settings or left the organization.
To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:
- Are you the owner of the form, or was it shared with you by someone else?
- Was the form created using a work account or a personal Microsoft account?
- Has the form owner recently deleted, moved, or recreated the form?
- Are other users able to open the form using the same link?
In the meantime, I recommend options below:
1/ If you know the form owner, ask them to confirm the form still exists and is shared correctly. Then request a new form link from the owner (if need)
2/ If you are the owner:
- Sign in to https://forms.microsoft.com and check My Forms and Group Forms
- If the form was deleted, look in the Deleted forms section
- If the form is missing, try creating a new test form to confirm the account is working correctly
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your cooperation.
