    Dear @Caroline Risi

    Welcome to the Q&A Community.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the message:

“This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy located in the Terms of Use. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact our Support team using M365 Admin Centre for further assistance.”

This message appears because Microsoft detected that content or activity within your Microsoft 365 tenant may violate the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlined in the Terms of Use. As a result, Microsoft automatically restricts access to protect users and the service. In some cases, this block is triggered by actual policy violations; however, it can also occur due to a false positive.

Since the block is applied at the tenant level, it cannot be resolved by an end user. Therefore, the next step is to involve your organization’s administrator.

Please ask your organization’s admin to:

1/ Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

2/ Go to Support and create a service request referencing the block message.

3/ Microsoft Support will review the case and restore access if the block was applied in error or after remediation.

It seems that you are encountering an error message indicating that your SharePoint or OneDrive site has been blocked due to a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. This typically happens when activities prohibited by the policy are detected within your organization.

To resolve this issue, you can take the following steps:

    1. Contact Support: If you believe this block is a mistake, you should reach out to the Microsoft Support team through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. They can assist you in restoring access.
    2. Review Activities: Ensure that your organization is not engaged in any activities that violate the Acceptable Use Policy. You can review the policy for more details.

Unfortunately, if the issue persists, you will need to work with Microsoft Support to regain access to your files.
