Managing meetings and events using Outlook on the web for business
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for letting us know about the issue with your “Book with me” link and booking page. I understand how important it is for your clients to have a smooth experience.
The issue usually happens because the wrong type of link was shared. Outlook offers two kinds of links: a public booking page link, which displays all your available meeting types for anyone with the link, and a private meeting link, which is intended for specific invite-only bookings.
To ensure your clients can access your booking options without any problems, you’ll want to share the public booking page link instead of a private one.
There are a few steps you can try:
1/ Make sure you’re sharing the correct link
This usually happens if the link wasn’t published or is pointing to an old page. To correct it:
- Open Outlook on the web → click Calendar.
- In the left pane, select Go to my booking page.
- Select Share, a popup window Share booking page appear (this is the public page that shows all your public meeting types).
- Click Save change
- Copy that link and use it wherever you share (email, website, signature).
Tip: If you want link access right away, you can also visit the direct endpoint at https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/ when signed in, this opens your page in the web experience.
Add it to your email signature (Outlook web)
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → Choose Account → Select Signature → Add signature
- Toggle Include a link to my bookings page in my signature checkbox and save.
2/ Point it to your booking page
If you want the link to go to your booking page:
- Use the published link from the steps above.
- If you’re embedding it in an email signature or website, replace the old link with this new one.
3/ Booking page adds your name and email address
This happens when you’re viewing your own page while signed in. Visitors will not see your email unless you’ve added it in the description. To check:
- Open your booking page in Incognito/Private mode or log out.
- If your name/email is in the page description, edit it:
- Go to My booking page settings → Edit details → remove personal info.
