I need to make an official complaint. My 365 has been hacked and its taken your agents over 14 days to fix it... AND we're still not done. I keep being asked for more and more information and each time the delay id 2 /3 days,. I have provided ample proof of my identity. Can you please help ?

    I've done this already and no one ever responds,

    So far I've sent them my passport, ALL company details, My user names and drivers licence.

    I fully expect they will next ask me for a DNA sample.

    PLEASE PLEASSE PLEASE ask them to sort this out NOW !!

    2 weeks it totally unacceptable !
