Hi I am having problems with my Microsoft emails all the work I sent yesterday has not been received by my customers, it is not functing correctly and I am having issues they need to be resolved as I am loosing my customers. This is urgent please respond.

    • In the search box, type a short description of your incident (for example: “Email not being delivered”) and press Enter.
    • Click Get Help.
    • Sign in with a Microsoft account.
    • Scroll down and select Contact Support.
    • You will see options to choose your product and category.
    • Please select the options that best match the incident you are facing.
    • Then choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser or any available callback/chat option.
    • Provide the support agent with a clear description of what is happening so they can assist you quickly.
