Hi Teal Kearney - Amica Whitby,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Q&A Forum!

I know how confusing and frustrating this can be, especially when the video loads but the policy links don’t. This looks like an issue with the training platform rather than your browser or system.

The “error message loading policies” means that the links to the Bill of Rights policy and Incident Reporting policy are not loading correctly. The video itself is available, but the embedded policy documents are either broken, restricted by permissions, or blocked by where they’re hosted.

    This commonly happens when:

    • The policy files were moved or deleted
    • Access permissions aren’t assigned to your account
    • The links are outdated or misconfigured in the LMS
    • The documents are blocked by a corporate network or security rule

You can try the following to rule out local issues:

    • Trying InPrivate mode - "Ctrl + Shift + N"
    • Clearing cache - "Ctrl + H" and choose to delete Cache.
    • Disabling extensions in Edge

But if the error persists, it’s almost certainly something that needs to be fixed by the training or IT administrators.

Hope this helps. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!
