Outlook 2016 - Message Not Reaching Intended Recipient

Hi,
When trying to send an email from any of my outlook accounts I am getting the below error message but can not see what I need to do to resolve it:-

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

  Subject:  
  Sent: 30/09/2021 10:24

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

  '@outlook.com' on 30/09/2021 10:24
        554 5.2.2 Mailbox full. Visit https://aka.ms/mailboxfull for more information.; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:QuotaExceededException.MapiExceptionQuotaExceeded; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot submit message.

Any idea's on how to resolve this would be appreciated,

Based on my research, the “554 5.2.2 Mailbox full” error may occur when your outlook.com mailbox exceeds the storage limit, it’s recommended to follow this document to check your mailbox size and clean up your mailbox to check: Storage limits in Outlook.com.

If that’s not your case, please kindly understand here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. Considering that your issue may be more related to outlook.com, it’s recommended to post it in dedicated outlook.com forum to solve it better.
