Dear Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on the digital badges for the Microsoft certification exams I have successfully completed: AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-300, and SC-100.

While I have received official confirmation of passing these exams, the corresponding badges have not yet appeared in my certification profile. Could you please investigate this matter and assist in issuing the missing badges?

Please let me know if you require any further information from my side to resolve this.

    Microsoft no longer provides badges for exams or certifications. Your exam and certifications are listed on your Microsoft Learn profile under the Credentials tab https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
