If your audio keeps going out, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:

    1. Check USB Connections: If you're using a USB audio device, ensure that it is securely connected. Sometimes, loose connections can cause audio interruptions.
    2. Restart the Mixed Reality Portal: If you're using Windows Mixed Reality, reopening the Mixed Reality Portal and restarting the app may resolve audio issues caused by device changes.
    3. Use a Different USB Port: If your headset is connected to a USB hub that shares power with other devices, try plugging it into a different USB port, preferably one that is not shared with other devices.
    4. Update Drivers: Ensure that your audio drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager or visit your device manufacturer's website.
    5. Run the Audio Troubleshooter: In Windows, you can run the audio troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. This can help identify and fix common audio problems.
    6. Check Volume Levels: Make sure that the volume levels on your device and in the application you are using are set appropriately. Sometimes, the volume can be muted or set too low.
    7. Check for Interference: If you are using multiple USB devices, ensure that they are not interfering with each other. Disconnect any unnecessary devices to see if that resolves the issue.
    8. Feedback Hub: If the problem persists, consider filing a bug report through the Feedback Hub to get assistance from Microsoft.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the audio issues you're experiencing.
