    Hi @Cura, Jimmy

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. To make sure I fully understand your situation and can provide the most appropriate guidance, could you please help clarify a few details?

    • Are you trying to locate a PST or OST file that you previously exported?
    • When you say you “couldn't find my outlook data file ”, do you mean the file is missing from the location where you originally saved/exported it, or is Outlook itself unable to detect or open it? If possible, could you share a bit more context about what you were doing right before the issue occurred?

In addition, I noticed your post is tagged under the For Business channel. May I kindly reconfirm: Are you using a Microsoft 365 Business/Work account provided by your organization, or a personal Microsoft account?

Any extra information you can share will greatly help me narrow down the issue and suggest the most suitable next steps. If you have any updates, please feel free to reply in the comments, I’ll be more than happy to continue assisting you.

Thank you for taking the time, and I’m looking forward to your response!
