Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Regarding your issue, if you want to check whether Copilot is included in your Microsoft 365 business license, you can verify this directly from your account.
- Check from your Microsoft account (end‑user view)
- Sign in at https://portal.office.com/account, then go to Subscriptions.
-
- Review the products listed for your account. If Copilot is included or already assigned, you’ll see a license such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot for Business listed there.
- If you only see Microsoft 365 Business Basic / Standard / Premium without Copilot mentioned, then Copilot is not included by default.
- Check from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (admin account required)
- If you have admin access (or can ask your IT administrator), sign in to https://admin.microsoft.com/ and go to Billing > Your products.
- Copilot will appear as a separate product or add‑on if it has been purchased.
- Your admin can also confirm whether the Copilot license is assigned to your user account under Users > Active users > Licenses and apps.
Important note:
Microsoft 365 business plans do not automatically include Copilot. It must be purchased separately or as part of a bundled plan and then assigned to users by an administrator.
If you don’t see Copilot listed but believe your organization should have it, the next step would be to contact your IT administrator to confirm whether the license has been purchased or if there are any restrictions on self‑service purchases.
