Hello,

Wondering if anyone knows what happens if you hit your print job limit when working with universal print? Does the system start charging per print job or does it just stop letting you print?

We are looking at adding the 500 jobs for $25 add-on knowing that 500 is close to what we may be printing per month, but don't want to find out in our first few months that if you hit the 500 jobs, it will just start charging $4 per job, etc.

    Hi there,

it will stop the printing and it will not charge you. You can add additional volume add-on packs (500 print jobs each) to your standard pool of print jobs. Volume add-on packs are available through your regular channel.

To view your total print volume, monitor usage, and know when you need to purchase additional volume, visit the Usage and Reports page in the Universal Print portal.

    Hello,

    it will not stop printing.

"To ensure the continuity of your essential business operations, if your organization surpasses its included print volume within a month, users can continue to print. The IT Administrator of record will receive an alert regarding the overage. To remain in compliance, the appropriate number of additional licenses or add-ons must be purchased to cover your organization’s ongoing print usage."
