actually thats not true both Microsoft and Intel supported the i7 7th gen for a surface pro and will work on some laptops by dell its the i7-7820hq and yes the i7 7700k and the 7700T will also work if it still has a Bios Update and you dont need to use PC Health try another app its called WhyNotWin11 and here is where people comes with the problem your trying to do an upgrade from Win10 to Win11 so this is the way to do this and its no hack! go to Microsoft and Download the Media Creation Tool and get yourself a USB2.0 or USB3.0 Flash drive 8GB or 16GB and make a USB OS of Win11 now make sure to know first what Windows 10 you have like Home Pro x64Bit and what you do is stick in the USB 2.0 or 3.0 8-16GB OS that you made and when it asks upon the license registration it has a blue link like change options and click on the bottom where dont do updates and drivers and such, and make a clean install of the version of Win11 home or Pro that was originally of Win10 version, Microsoft will install generic drivers to get you going so when upon going through Win11 installation installer it will ask you for your Internet connection and then it will ask for a Microsoft account, theres video on youtube that shows you how to bybass that to still have a Local Account or use your Microsoft account and then go through the process and turn of all the private settings that they offer and once your in to your New Windows 11 Home or Pro or other Versions then go to your Motherboards Website and Download all your Drivers and then go to Windows Updates and then get all your Updates it wont say nothing about not meeting the System Requirements it will support everything if you have a Bios Update even of year 2020 and higher install it and it will allow you with the Bare Minimum and but you have to have UEFI, Secure Boot enabled, 4GB Ram or higher, even if you have TPM 1.2 theres most likely an Update or From Bios Upgrade that TPM will be supported for 2.0, when windows 11 was just started they did it with TPM 1.2 so guess what it will accept it! its just Intel and AMD with Microsoft that they just want people to go and Buy New Machines, cause Intel and AMD dont want to support any more Bios Update on anything 6th gen and older and thats really not True i have a Machine with an Intel 6th Gen CPU it meets everything except the CPU but a clean install of win11 and you make sure to not download the updates and drivers when you start the installer it skips all of that and the systems requirements but you can keep a copy of all your drivers on a flash drive the only hassle is that when you want to go from Win11 21H1 over to Win11 22H2 and so forth you have to do the Upgrade to Install and do a clean install and when you go to Windows Updates it will update just about everything except the CPU and you can keep using your Win8 or Win10 driver for your CPU for Win11 but soon theres another Windows Coming out with Win12 due to Win10 will expire on 2026 unless Microsoft will support it for another 5yrs we dont know! maybe Microsoft will allow Windows 12 to support 6th Gen CPU AMD or Intel at this point but its all about if Microsoft and the Motherboard Makers will even want to allow it, now here is where it should be allowed if you have a Win10 computer of 2015 not an Upgrade from Win7 or Win8, 8.1 that had even the AMD zen 1st Gen and allowed them to be used for Win11 and Win12 that would be fine, trust me when i found out that when Microsoft talked with Intel to allow a Surface Pro that had the i7-7820HQ CPU even in Dell Laptops not all are mentioned But i had one that is also Supported and also supports everything CPU and even Graphics from Intel and a Bios Upgrade and might even support Win12 unless there trying to ditch the old systems and want you to have newer systems etc !
