    Hi @Bonnie Carr

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you described, I understand that you paid for a 3-month Microsoft 365 Business subscription totaling $15.94, with payments being deducted directly from your bank account starting in November. However, when you check your Microsoft 365 Business account, it shows that there is no active subscription and no payment history associated with the account.

To help clarify the situation, I would like to ask a few additional questions and suggest some checks:

-Payment confirmation: Have you received any payment confirmation emails or receipts from Microsoft for these charges; sent to the email address you used to register the account?

-Check subscription status: If you already have a business account, please sign in and check your subscriptions at: https://portal.office.com/account#subscriptions

-Admin Center billing review: If you have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, please go to Billing and check whether any invoices or subscriptions appear there.

-Contact Microsoft Support: If you have reviewed the above and still cannot find any subscription or billing information, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly via Customer service phone numbers and reporting that your business account shows “no subscription” despite ongoing payments.

Additionally, when your account indicates that there is “no subscription,” could you please let me know where exactly this message appears (for example, in the Admin Center, billing page, or account overview)?

It sounds like there may be an issue with your Microsoft 365 Business subscription. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the situation:

    1. Check Your Billing Account: Ensure that your billing account is set up correctly. You can find out what type of billing account you have and verify your payment methods in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Verify Subscription Status: If you have made payments but your account shows no subscription, it might be due to a billing issue. You can check the status of your subscription in the admin center under the billing section.
    3. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft 365 support for assistance. They can help you investigate the payment history and subscription status further.
    4. Recurring Billing: Ensure that recurring billing is enabled if you want to continue your subscription without interruption. If it was turned off, it may have affected your subscription status.

These steps should help you identify and resolve the issue with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
