I noticed the #N/A errors in your VLSFO and LSMGO columns. This usually happens when Excel can’t find an exact match in the lookup formula.

Microsoft’s official documentation explains that this usually happens for one of these reasons:

    • The lookup value doesn’t exist in the source table
    • There are extra spaces before or after text
    • The lookup range or column reference is incorrect
    • The formula is using the wrong type of match
    • The data in the lookup table is spelled or formatted differently

To resolve this issue, you can follow these basic checks:

    • Look for hidden spaces: Select the port or vessel name and review it in the formula bar to ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the text.
    • Confirm the lookup value exists: Verify that the port or vessel name appears exactly the same in your price list, with identical spelling and formatting.
    • Check your lookup range and return column: Ensure the formula is referencing the correct table range and pulling data from the intended column.

If you’d like, feel free to share the formula you’re using in the VLSFO or LSMGO columns, I can help review it and adjust it so the #N/A errors are resolved.

Thank you for reaching out, and wishing you a wonderful day ahead!
