    Hi @Apostolos Skouros

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for contacting us. I’m really sorry you’re experiencing these OneDrive sync issues. I understand how important it is to have your shared folders working smoothly, especially when you're relying on shared folders for your daily work.

I reviewed the details you shared, and the message OneDrive is showing indicates that the folders are currently set to read‑only for your account. When that happens, OneDrive won’t be able to upload any changes from your device. This typically occurs when the permissions for a shared SharePoint/OneDrive folder are updated.

The folders showing errors are no longer giving you Edit permission. Because of that, OneDrive can only download from the cloud, not upload anything back. The sync errors you’re seeing are a direct result of that permission change.

Here are the next steps to help you move forward:

    1. Check your access on the web

    1. Go to the folder in SharePoint / OneDrive online.
    2. Click … (More)> Manage Access.
    3. Check:
      • Does it say Can view?
      • Does it say Can edit?
      • Are you listed individually, or are you inheriting access from a group?

If everything shows view only, that explains the sync errors.

    2. Ask the folder owner/admin to restore “Edit” permissions

Tell the owner of the IBA Group folders:

“My access changed to view‑only, so OneDrive can’t sync. Could you please restore my Edit permission for the following folders?” SharePoint admins can fix this.

You can find more details here: Fix problems uploading files on the OneDrive website

    3. Confirm nothing changed with your account

    Sometimes:

    • Your email was removed from a SharePoint group.
    • Your Microsoft 365 license changed.
    • A security policy updated your access.

You can contact your IT admin to verify these information   Here’s a resource that provides more insight: OneDrive Sync issue. This file is read-only, but permissions should be correct?
