Dear Sir/Madam,

We are not able to login my Volume License Service account.

We had purchased MS Office, MS Server Software licenses and other licenses also but now we are not able to access my account.

Please guide us how to check all the license details.

Our login id is: [Moderator note: personal info removed]@hospimedica.in

    Dear @Sunil Anand

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you're unable to sign in to your Volume Licensing Service Center account and would like assistance accessing your previously purchased Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server, and other software licenses.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

To understand the situation better and provide you with the most suitable support, could you confirm the following information:

    • Do you currently have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • Are you the Global Admin or have you been assigned a licensing‑related admin role?
    • Did you previously manage licenses in VLSC and are now unsure where to locate them in the new portal?

Your confirmation would be very helpful in ensuring you receive the most suitable support!

Regarding this matter, Microsoft has retired the Volume Licensing Service Center. All volume licensing features including product keys, downloads, and license management have been moved to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

You can now sign in at https://admin.microsoft.com using your work account with Admin role. Once signed in, go to Billing > Your products > Volume licensing to view and manage your volume licenses.

To access your volume licensing information, you will need to sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using your Microsoft Entra ID or the sign-in email address associated with your account. Since the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) has been retired, all volume licensing management is now done through the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Sign in using the email address associated with your volume licensing account (e.g., ******@hospimedica.in).
    3. Once signed in, navigate to Billing > Your products and select the Volume licensing tab to view your licenses.

If you are unable to sign in, ensure that you are using the correct user ID and that your account has the necessary permissions. If you continue to experience issues, you may need to contact a VL Administrator in your organization or reach out to Microsoft Volume Licensing Support for further assistance.
