Difficulty login to MS VLSC site.

Question

Hi,
We have been trying to login to MS VLSC site for the past few days with our work account. After successful loggin in a Action Required screen(screenshot enclosed) pops up which can neither close or bypass it. We have also been trying to contact MS VLSC helpdesk number 0008004401555 but with no avail as it is busy all the time.

There is some MS product which we have recently purchased and want to download the license. Kindly help us in this regard.
