Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

I'm sorry to hear that your email view changed unexpectedly. I know how confusing it can be when your settings disappear, so you might want to try these steps to see if they help bring your layout back:
- Reset View: Under the View tab at the top, you can click Reset View. (If this is greyed out, it means you're already on the default setting).
- Change View: On the same View tab, click Change View and try selecting "Compact" or any view you may have saved before.
- Group by Sender: If your emails aren't grouped by person, you can go to View > View Settings > Group By... and see if it's set to "From".
