I looked at my order history on Microsoft's website. It shows my annual charge for the middle of January for every year since I started my subscription. I compared my order history to actual Microsoft charges on my credit card. My credit card shows that Microsoft charged it $105.99 on 9/1/25. This does not correspond to anything on my order history. Please tell me why I was charged $105.99 on 9/1/25

Also, my annual charge went from $74.19/yr in 2025 to $105.99/yr in 2026. Can you explain why there was such a significant increase in cost?

It seems that you are experiencing a discrepancy between your order history and the charges on your credit card, as well as a significant increase in your annual subscription cost. Here are some possible explanations:

    1. Charge on 9/1/25: The charge of $105.99 on your credit card may be due to a billing issue or a change in your subscription plan. Sometimes, changes in billing frequency or subscription type can lead to unexpected charges. It is advisable to check if you have made any changes to your subscription or if there were any promotions that ended, which could have resulted in a different charge.
    2. Increase in Annual Charge: The increase from $74.19 to $105.99 for the annual charge may be attributed to a change in pricing for your subscription plan. Microsoft sometimes adjusts subscription prices based on various factors, including changes in features or services offered. Additionally, if you switched from a promotional rate to a standard rate, that could also explain the increase.

To resolve these issues, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing support directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. They can provide specific details regarding your account and help clarify any discrepancies in charges.
