Exams are not certifications. The SC-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Associate certification from this list https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cybersecurity-architect-expert/#certification-prerequisites

If your Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect credential does not appear in your Credentials profile after passing the exam, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Confirm your login account: Ensure that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you might be logging into the wrong one.
    2. Review credential requirements: Check the certification or exam details pages to ensure you have met all requirements for the credential.
    3. Contact Support: If you still do not see your credential, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance. You can submit a support request through their online support portal.

For further assistance, you can refer to the resources provided by Microsoft regarding missing certifications.
