The Registration for my Work- and School-Account ist not possible. It says to repeat the progress.

Can you help me?

Which version of Win10/11 are you trying to enrol?

You can't enrol Win10/11 Home into Intune.

You can only Azure AD Register Win10/11 Home licensed device.

A Windows 10/11 Home device will never make or callout to the Autopilot Service and if that doesn't occur, The AutoPilot Profile that you configured in your Tenant will not be delivered to your devices and you wont get your Company Branded Page.

The Company Branded Page is the first indication that AutoPilot is working...before you start deep diving and looking under the hood.

    > Like I said above -- if you have imported your hash and assigned it to the group that the AutoPilot Profile is assigned - it should work - if doesn't work, you will normally get an error code if there is a problem, that will help you identify what the issue is.

with Windows 11 the device in combination "selfdeployment" DOES not work

Only option that works after adding the device to intune is the "Windows configuration tool" without the setting "shared"
    How weird is that

Unfortunately, we have the same issue.

    1. we installed a fresh Windows 11.
    2. extracted the hash and import his into device enrollment.
    3. we set a deployment profile with the option ( selfdeploying , zero touch )
    4. waited until the device gets the DP assigned , no other configuration profiles are deployed to this device , only the deployment profile.
    5. restarted the device with an Ethernet cable attached
    6. Updates are being installed ( we do not get the screen where the device is going to be joined to AAD)
    7. eventually you get the logon screen as we see on a normal Windows 10 device ( where everything works as it should )
8 ) the machine does not get a device name despite the setting in the DP where the machine should get something-%serial% ( BTW not setting the machine name does not work either )
9 ) trying to logon does not work ( wrong username or password , is not the case , password and username is correct.

Like Eric said , if you use the user-driven option , everything works perfectly.
    Can anybody solve this mystery?

p.s. yes all Firmware on the device is updated to the latest, in case anybody wonders.

    exactly same issue here !
all is working well with Windows 10 (same users, same laptop, same Azure tenant) but not with Windows 11. it loop after entering email account of the company (it doesn't ask for password btw, it failed at this time)
there is something around autopilot enrollment and windows 11 for sure..

I am experiencing the same symptoms. However, today I decided to reinstall my test devices running windows 11 Enterprise edition, for my surprise I was able to enroll the devices. I had the described problems when the Windows 11 Education version was installed. Do you have any clues?
