Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, as you have an existing subscription, you will need to cancel it first and then you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing and try it from there or try to turn off the recurring billing at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2277073 and you can also follow the guided steps indicated from the link below.

You can also request a call back by going to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168171 in case you are having trouble cancelling and getting a refund.

If you are looking to request a refund for your Microsoft 365 subscription because you no longer use it, you will need to contact Microsoft support directly. Since you mentioned that you have retired and no longer wish to pay for the service, it would be best to explain your situation to a support agent who can assist you with the refund process or help you cancel your subscription.

To contact Microsoft support, you can visit their support page, sign in with your Microsoft account, and follow the prompts to reach a live agent. They will be able to provide you with the necessary steps to address your billing concerns.
