Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Since you do not have access to the verification method (your recovery phone number) for a password reset, I'm afraid the only way to verify/unblock the account is through the account recovery web form: https://account.live.com/acsr

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft, and you can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted, please review this link for tips on improving your chances of a successful recovery: https://support.microsoft.com/office/dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

Please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to assist you with manual recovery, unblock, and escalation for this case, as stated in this article, that they are not permitted to send password resets, access, or even change any details on the account:

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If you're having trouble logging into your Outlook account and cannot access the verification text due to your phone being inaccessible, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Use the Recovery Form: Since you've mentioned that you've already submitted recovery forms, ensure that you provide as much accurate information as possible. Include details like any recent activity, contacts, or folder names, even if you haven't sent emails from that account.
    2. Alternative Recovery Options: If you have set up any alternative recovery methods (like a backup email or security questions), try using those. If you see an option for "I don’t have any of these," select it to trigger an alternative recovery process.
    3. Wait for Lockout Period: If you've reached the limit for recovery attempts, you may need to wait for a cooldown period before trying again. This is typically around 24 hours, and further attempts during this time can reset the cooldown.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you've already spoken to online support, you might want to try again, explaining your situation clearly, especially that your phone is inaccessible. They may provide additional options or escalate your case.
    5. Check Security Info: If you can sign in briefly, check your Microsoft Account Security to review your security info and remove anything unfamiliar.

Unfortunately, if you cannot access any recovery options and the account is primarily used for gaming without email activity, it may be challenging to recover it. However, persistence with the recovery forms and support may eventually yield results.
