Dear @Salka, Milan,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, it seems that your mobile device is likely encountering a "Device Compliance" conflict. Microsoft Teams does support multiple accounts, but adding a second work account can sometimes trigger security requirements (such as Intune or Company Portal) that cannot be met if the device is already "registered" or "owned" by the first account's organization.

To resolve this issue, you need to ensure that your device is properly registered with Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM). Here’s what you can do:

Install the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Perform a workplace join to register your device before you can access Microsoft Teams or other related apps.

If you're an admin, you can check the status of device registration through the Microsoft Intune portal.

For further details on Mobile Application Management (MAM) for unenrolled devices, please refer to this article: Mobile Application Management (MAM) for unenrolled devices in Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn

If you're an end user, please reach out to your IT department for assistance with device registration. If you're unsure who your IT administrator is, you can refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

I truly hope this resolves your issue swiftly. While I’m unable to directly intervene, I believe that reaching out to your IT department or utilizing the Intune portal will be the most effective next steps. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to let me know. I’m here to help. Wishing you all the best.

But when both are work accounts?

    Steps (in MS Teams):

    First account is active.

Screen "Help us keep your device safe". Click on "Register".

Screen "Enter password". Then click on "Log in".

    Screen "Approval of login request".

    Insert code to MS Atuhenticator.

Back to screen "Help us keep your device safe".

    Still in same loop.

Both accounts are possible to see in overview. First can be used. Second enter to described endless loop.

Yes, it is possible to have two Microsoft Teams accounts on one Android mobile device. Teams for iOS and Android supports the use of multiple work or school accounts as well as multiple personal accounts side by side.

To set it up, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Open the Microsoft Teams app on your Android device.
    2. Tap on your profile picture or the menu icon.
    3. Select "Add account" or "Sign in to another account."
    4. Enter the credentials for the second account you wish to add. If prompted, complete any required authentication steps, such as entering a verification code from the Microsoft Authenticator app.
    5. Once signed in, you should be able to switch between accounts easily from the profile menu.

If you encounter issues during the authentication process, ensure that the Microsoft Authenticator app is correctly set up and that you are entering the correct verification code. If problems persist, consider checking your network connection or reinstalling the Teams app.
