Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

I understand it can be inconvenient when emails from a specific sender do not appear as expected. Here are a few steps you can try:
- Search your mailbox with a date range: in the Search box, try:
- from:sender@example.com received: 01/01/2025...12/31/2025 (adjust dates as needed).
- Check other locations: Junk Email, Other (if Focused Inbox is on), and Deleted Items. If you find the message in Junk, select Not junk.
- Add the sender/domain to Safe senders and domains, then Save.
- Review Mail Rules to ensure nothing is moving or deleting messages from that sender.
Note: Junk Email is auto deleted after 30 days.
