I am trying to download mircosoft project so i can start my class work for the unversity I am in and been having trouble for days and cannot speak to anyone at microsoft

Are you currently using a school‑provided account (for example, one ending with .edu) or a personal account such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com?
If you are using your university account, please try signing in to your Harmony Portal (My Account) with that school account and check whether Microsoft Project is actually included in your subscription.
If possible, please share a screenshot of the “Subscription” page, so I can see what licenses/apps are assigned.
The reason why I need your help to verify your assigned licenses is because Project is not included in most student plans, unless your university specifically assigns a Project license to your account.
