    Greetings!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you can't access your account. Have you tried to reset your password already? If not, you can reset it from here:

    https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

You can reach the MS Accounts & Billing Support by following the steps below:

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Ensure that your MS Account has been signed in

Type "Chat with an agent" and hit Enter.

    Please click the "Contact support"

Please select the "Products and services"

Please follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

You may also choose the "Call me back" option if you prefer to receive a call.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Tin

For an account lockout and subscription questions, direct contact with Microsoft Support is required.

    1. If the locked account is a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Xbox, OneDrive, etc.) and you cannot sign in:
      • Use the account recovery/sign-in help at:
        • Sign-in Helper
        • If the account is locked and shows no Next button, follow the aka.ms/ link shown on the lock screen and submit the reinstatement form. A Microsoft Online Safety support agent will then contact by email after reviewing the request.
    2. To reach a live support agent for Microsoft 365/Office subscription and billing questions:
      • Go to Contact – Microsoft Support (via the Contact Support entry point described below).
      • In the support experience:
        1. Type a brief description such as “billing” or “subscription issue” and select Get Help.
        2. Scroll down and select Contact Support.
        3. On Products & Services, choose Microsoft 365 & Office.
        4. Under Category, choose Manage my subscription (or the closest match).
        5. Confirm, then choose Chat with a support agent or the callback/phone option if offered.
    3. If the issue is specifically with Outlook.com (email account locked or Outlook.com premium/personalized email):
      • If able to sign in, open Outlook.com, select Help on the menu bar, enter the issue, then scroll to Still need help? and choose Yes to reach support.
      • If unable to sign in, use the Outlook.com “can’t sign in” support entry: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2194326 and follow the prompts to contact support.

For business tenants where the only admin is locked out due to authentication issues, the Microsoft Data Protection team must be engaged via Microsoft Support. This is done by calling the regional customer service phone number listed under Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support, explaining that access as the only administrator is lost, and asking the frontline to open a service request with the Data Protection team.
