Not sure what happened but i cannot connect to CoPilot

    I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to connect to Microsoft Copilot on your Windows device and you’re seeing an error message indicating something went wrong when trying to load Copilot. 

    To help resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please confirm the following details  

    • What type of version are you using (Windows 10 or Windows 11) 

    You can try the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:  

    Step 1: Make sure Windows is fully up to date by opening Windows Update and checking for updates. 

    Step 2: Confirm that you are signed in to Windows with a Microsoft account by opening Accounts and checking your sign-in status. 

    Step 3: Restart Windows Explorer by opening Task Manager, locating Windows Explorer, and selecting Restart. 

    Step 4: Sign out of Windows, restart the device, sign back in, and then try accessing Copilot once more. 

    Step 5: Repair and Reset Copilot app 

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > find Copilot > click three-dot and select Advanced options > scroll down and choose Repair (if the issue still persists, Reset it)
