How to create pipeline in Azure Synapse Analytics using Rest API Using Dot net C#

I am looking for Azure Synapse Rest API and using Rest API I will perform create/update pipeline action.
There is Dot Net SDK as well, but json is more efficient than nested object.

The Synapse REST API document for creating pipelines is https://learn.microsoft.com/rest/api/synapse/data-plane/pipeline/create-pipeline-run.
But looks like this document link is broken.

Hence I have escalated this to relevant internal team and awaiting a response. Will keep this posted as soon as I hear back from the team.
