kindly change my name from Neeta Jore, to Neeta shete, i have attached Id proof, my name has changed after marriage

You update your Legal name on your Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

If you have an exam booked, you will be shown a message and link to contact Credentials support https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/support/help#how-to-submit-a-support-request

Name changes on Microsoft certifications and Microsoft Learn profiles cannot be performed through this forum and cannot be done by Outlook support. The dedicated Credentials Support team must handle legal name updates.

To request a certification name change:

1. Go to the Credentials Support page: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport (from context).
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for certifications/Learn.
3. Complete the required profile details and save.
4. Open the Credentials Support page again: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
5. Ensure Product Family is set to Learning and Service to Microsoft Credential.
6. Submit a support ticket requesting a legal name change and indicate the correct name (for example, from “Neeta Jore” to “Neeta Shete”).
7. When prompted by support, provide the ID proof already prepared.

If the name to be changed is specifically the legal name on a GitHub-related certification profile, follow the process in the Credentials Support article for updating legal name in the Learn profile settings and, if instructed, file a ticket with the Credentials Support team.

Support agents in public forums or product teams (such as Outlook) do not have permission or tools to change certification names directly; only the Credentials Support workflow can complete this.
