I wrote a Microsoft Certified Cyber Security Architect exam on the 25th of February 2026 and i passed
I wrote Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate on the 5th of October 2025 which i also passed, however i didn't get a certification that qualifies me to be a Microsoft Certified Cyber Security Architect Expert. How do i get this resolved?

To be awarded the Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification, passing Exam SC-100 alone isn’t enough. This expert certification has prerequisite certifications that must be completed before it’s granted.

From the certification overview, the Cybersecurity Architect Expert credential lists “Prerequisites: 3 certifications” and required exam: SC-100.

    Given the dates provided:

    • Passed Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) on 5 Oct 2025.
    • Passed Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect exam (SC-100) on 25 Feb 2026.

If the full prerequisite set of three required certifications (for example, other associate-level security certifications in the portfolio, such as Azure Security Engineer, Identity and Access, Information Protection, etc.) has not been completed, the system will not yet award the Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification, even though SC-100 and Security Operations Analyst are passed.

    To resolve this:

    1. Verify which prerequisite certifications are required and ensure all three are completed in addition to SC-100.
    2. After confirming that all prerequisite certifications plus SC-100 are completed and the expert certification still does not appear, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can correct the certification record. Use the dedicated credentials support channel described in the Q&A answers:
      • Go to the credentials support portal (https://aka.ms/credentialssupport as referenced in the context) and submit a support request under Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
    3. In the support request, include:
      • Microsoft Learn account details (no passwords).
      • Exam names and dates (SC-100 and Security Operations Analyst Associate, plus any other prerequisite certifications completed).
      • Screenshots of the Certifications section of the Microsoft Learn profile showing passed exams and certifications.

The Credentials Support team can then verify the prerequisites and manually fix the expert certification assignment if everything is satisfied.
