Thank you for reaching out regarding the OneDrive share link concern. Whether the recipient will automatically see additional files depends on what the original sharing link actually points to: a folder or individual file items.
- If the link points to a folder
When you share a folder link, anyone who has permission to that folder will see the folder contents as they change. So if you add more files into that same folder later, you do not need to share the link again. The recipient will see the newly added files when they open the folder link.
- If the link points to individual file items
A sharing link is created for the item you selected to share, meaning it is tied to that specific file or that specific folder. If what you shared was not a folder, then adding more separate files elsewhere will not automatically be included. In that case, you would need to share the additional file(s), or place all files into a folder and share the folder so everything is included under one link.
