We are currently experiencing issues delivering emails to recipients with "@icloud.com" addresses. Our messages are being rejected, and based on the rejection response we received, it appears the emails are being blocked due to recipient domain filtering or security settings.

 

We understand that in some scenarios, this issue can be resolved by contacting the email administrator at the recipient domain to request that the sender’s email address or sending domain be added to the allowed senders list, or that the filtering settings responsible for the rejection be reviewed or relaxed.

We are committed to maintaining proper email authentication standards (including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) and are happy to provide any additional technical details you may require to investigate further.

    Is this issue affecting only your account, or are other users in your tenant experiencing the same problem as well? 

    Could you share the exact error code or the full bounce-back/NDR message you received? 

    Have there been any recent changes in your environment, or is this the first time you’ve attempted to send emails to iCloud.com recipients?
