My outlook gets crash as soon as I add the attachment with selenium automation.

Hello,

I have been trying to run my selenium script to add the attachment in outlook. But everytime I run my script, outlook gets crash as soon I add the attachment. And works just fine when I try doing it manually. But after running script multiple time, it starts crashing manually as well.
