- May I confirm whether you are referring to the “New Form” button shown in the image below? I have checked this issue on https://forms.office.com/ and it is working normally on my end.
- Have you tested this in both the Microsoft Forms app and the web version?
You can also try opening Microsoft Forms in a different browser or in a private/incognito window to rule out any caching issues.
If possible, please double‑check with your colleagues to see whether they experience the same problem, as this may help confirm whether the issue is specific to your account.
