How can I not show my email as part of my profile?

Is it possible to not show the email for the profile? In my case this email which is associated with my MS account has been defunct for many years (more than 10).

    One more question - there is a button 'See All Questions' where I expect to actually see all the questions. However, I see only ~7 and most of them seem to have me as part of them but not all. How do I actually see all new questions and then filter only those I may be interested in?
