I have older learning and certifications, will they not show up here?

Some previous learning and certifications can show in the Microsoft Learn profile and transcript, but not all historical items are included.

Key points:

1. Current Microsoft Learn activity
   • All active certifications, passed exams, Applied Skills credentials, and completed training modules appear in the Transcript section of the Learn profile.
   • To view them: go to the Learn profile and select Transcript.
2. Legacy MCSA/MCSD/MCSE certifications
   • Older MCSA, MCSD, and MCSE certifications remain on the Microsoft transcript even after retirement.
   • They stay in the Active section for two years after retirement, then move to the Inactive section, but still remain visible on the transcript.
3. Very old or aged‑out certifications
   • Some older exams and certifications have “aged out” of the program and are no longer shown in customer Learn profiles.
4. Certiport-earned certificates
   • Certifications earned through Certiport may not yet appear in the Learn profile.
   • Until integration is complete, these must be viewed, downloaded, and shared from the Certiport Test Candidate account.
5. Microsoft Educator Center (MEC) history
   • Previous MEC training history only appears in Learn if the MEC and Learn profiles were linked and permissions granted to migrate data.
   • After linking and migration, MEC achievements appear under Achievements and in the Transcript.
6. Missing credentials
   • If expected exams or certifications are not visible, verify that the correct Learn account is being used and that the credential is still part of the program.
   • If still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for help.
