Hi Community,
I passed my SC-100 exam last Friday and I'm thrilled to share the news! However, I noticed that my certificate is still not showing up in my account.
I do have the AZ-500 certification, which is the required prerequisite for SC-100, so I'm not sure why the results aren't reflecting even after a few days.
Has anyone else experienced this delay? How long did it take for your certificate to appear after passing? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab. What you need to check and then do is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

I’ve tried all the suggested steps, but unfortunately haven’t had any success. I also opened a support ticket, but haven’t received a response yet.
My SC-100 exam was last Friday, and it has now been more than 48 hours, but the result is still not showing. Additionally, I haven’t been able to find a direct point of contact to follow up on this.
Could you please advise on the next steps or help escalate this issue?

Certification support is the point of contact
