To have the AZ‑900 certification appear on the Microsoft Learn profile, use the built‑in Credentials area rather than adding it manually.
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn at https://learn.microsoft.com/.
- Select the profile icon in the top‑right corner and choose Profile.
- In the left‑hand column, select Credentials.
- Select the Certifications tab.
- If the AZ‑900 exam was taken with the same Microsoft account that is used for this Learn profile, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification should appear automatically once the exam provider has reported the result.
- Select View certification details to see the full record and use Print or Share if needed.
If the AZ‑900 certification is associated with a different Microsoft account than the one used for the Learn profile, the certification will not show automatically. In that case, use the account‑linking/merge process so that all certifications appear under the preferred Learn profile:
- Sign in to the Learn profile that currently has the AZ‑900 certification.
- Go to Settings → Account management and add/link the other profile (work or personal) as described in the merge guidance.
- Wait for the confirmation banner that the learning and certification data has been migrated.
- If needed, remove the temporary/bridge account from Linked accounts; the transferred certifications remain on the target profile.
This process consolidates certifications so that AZ‑900 appears under a single Microsoft Learn profile.
