To have the AZ‑900 certification appear on the Microsoft Learn profile, use the built‑in Credentials area rather than adding it manually.

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn at https://learn.microsoft.com/.
    2. Select the profile icon in the top‑right corner and choose Profile.
    3. In the left‑hand column, select Credentials.
    4. Select the Certifications tab.
      • If the AZ‑900 exam was taken with the same Microsoft account that is used for this Learn profile, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification should appear automatically once the exam provider has reported the result.
    5. Select View certification details to see the full record and use Print or Share if needed.

If the AZ‑900 certification is associated with a different Microsoft account than the one used for the Learn profile, the certification will not show automatically. In that case, use the account‑linking/merge process so that all certifications appear under the preferred Learn profile:

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile that currently has the AZ‑900 certification.
    2. Go to Settings → Account management and add/link the other profile (work or personal) as described in the merge guidance.
    3. Wait for the confirmation banner that the learning and certification data has been migrated.
    4. If needed, remove the temporary/bridge account from Linked accounts; the transferred certifications remain on the target profile.

This process consolidates certifications so that AZ‑900 appears under a single Microsoft Learn profile.
