Billing issue

I was charged $99.99 + tax/year for my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. I was paying $69.99 + tax/year. Can the old rate please be reinstated?

Subscriptions have become more expensive since Copilot was added. Maybe that is what happened in your case.

The subscription price itself cannot be changed or reverted by support; Microsoft 365 prices are set per plan and region. To pay a lower amount, the available option is to switch to a different Microsoft 365 plan that has a lower price, if one is available in the region.

To review options and adjust the subscription:
