Since you are using a free account provided through a third‑party service, support and account management need to be handled by that third‑party provider. They are the party that owns and manages the relationship with Microsoft, so they will need to contact Microsoft directly on your behalf to investigate or resolve the issue.
To move forward, we recommend:
- Contacting the third‑party service you’re using and requesting that they engage Microsoft Support directly
- Sharing any error messages or reference IDs with that provider so they can escalate appropriately
