    Hi @Richard White,

    Thank you for reaching out.

After reviewing your situation, I’d like to clarify expectations regarding support. Since you are using a free account provided through a third‑party service, support and account management need to be handled by that third‑party provider. They are the party that owns and manages the relationship with Microsoft, so they will need to contact Microsoft directly on your behalf to investigate or resolve the issue.

    To move forward, we recommend:

    • Contacting the third‑party service you’re using and requesting that they engage Microsoft Support directly
    • Sharing any error messages or reference IDs with that provider so they can escalate appropriately

Please note that, as community moderators, we do not have access to customer accounts, billing details, or backend systems, and we’re unable to make changes or open support cases with Microsoft on your behalf. Our role is limited to providing general guidance and clarifying product behavior. I understand how important this is and would like to assist further; however, this request falls outside my current capabilities.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have general questions about product behavior or supported options, feel free to reply here and we’ll be happy to help where possible.
