Hi @Robert Fedor
Can you please log in via https://outlook.office.com/mail/ and check if you can send and receive new emails there.
If yes, then the issue likely come from Classic Outlook.
In your Classic Outlook, go to Send/Receive tab, if you see Type Exchange password, that means your old session is timed out. Please click it and enter your credentials again.
If you do not see that, you can try:
- Remove and re-add account.
- Rebuild .ost file: Close Outlook > Press Windows + R > Type in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook\ > Look for your email address and delete it. > Restart Outlook. This will force a resync to the server.
In case you cannot send and receive in Outlook Web, please try to contact your IT admin, ask them to check your license/subscription in Admin Center. Also, make sure you still have storage to send and receive new emails.
I look forward for your reply.
