    Hi @IT-Grider, Deanne,

Good day, I hope you're having a good day.

To export the entire Time‑Off Manager history, this can be done through the Reports section in the Time‑Off Manager admin portal.

Steps to export the time‑off history:

    1. Sign in to Time‑Off Manager 365 with an Admin account.
    2. Go to Reports.
    3. Select the appropriate report type, such as Leaves and Work days, depending on the data you want to capture.
    4. Use the available filters to define the scope of data:
      • Users or employee groups
      • Leave types
      • Status (approved, pending, rejected, etc.)
    5. Once the filters are set, select Export.

    1. The report can be exported in Excel format for offline review and record keeping.
