I understand that you'd like to play the game you have bought but cannot find them. Before we proceed, can you please try to log in to the account that received the confirmation email in InPrivate or Incognito mode?

Additionally, you can also try to remove the credentials cache and refresh them by logging in again.
- Type "Credentials manager" in the search bar and press Enter.
- Select "Windows Credentials"
- Remove all these entries:
- Start with or contain "Xbl"
- Any of your Microsoft Account.
- Related to Xbox app, Minecraft or Microsoft Store.
- Restart your PC.
