I purchased Minecraft on <PII removed>, and here are the details of my order:

Your Microsoft order <PII removed> has been processed Received Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC 1 item from Microsoft

Order has been shipped Ordered on <PII removed>

However, Minecraft is not available on my account, and it is asking me to purchase the game again.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and let me know how I can restore the game on my account.

Thank you in advance.

Follow these steps to restore Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition on the correct Microsoft account:

    1. Confirm the correct Microsoft account
      • Go to the Order history page and sign in with the Microsoft account that was used to buy Minecraft:
        https://account.microsoft.com/orders
      • Verify that order #4355426291 for Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC appears there and shows as completed.
    2. Install from Order history / Store
      • In Order history, locate the Minecraft purchase and select Product key/Install or Install if available.
      • If you only see Install, select it to start download and installation. Some games do not show a product key and are tied directly to the account.
      • If you do not see Install, select the product name; this opens the product page in Microsoft Store. If the button that was previously labeled Buy is now Install, select it to download and install the game.
    3. Check the Microsoft Store library
      • On Windows 10/11, open Microsoft Store.
      • Go to My Library.
      • Look for Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC. If there is a Download icon next to it, select it to install.
    4. If the game still asks to purchase again
      • Make sure Windows is signed in with the same Microsoft account that shows the Minecraft order in Order history.
      • If the order appears correctly but the game is still missing or asking to buy again, contact Microsoft Store support for purchase-related help:
        Help with Microsoft Store purchases.

If the order does not appear at all in Order history for the account being used, verify whether the purchase might have been made under a different Microsoft account and repeat the steps above with that account.
